Well, I am a whole year older, 31 now. Besides the age changing, I've also changed my look. I got my hair cut short and I'm buying clothes for the summer so I can look nice all the time. I want to make sure I look right when I am in the public, more now than before.

I have set up my very first booksigning. Yea! It will be held on May 5, Saturday from 11am to 1pm at Danners Books and Gifts here in Muncie on North Wheeling, in case there are people who live in this area. I am very excited and nervous at the same time because this is my first one. The next one will be a whole easier cause I will know what to expect, I hope. I haven't set it up yet. Like my book, I will keep the suspense going for ya.

Everyone who has read my book, said they loved it and can't wait for my next one to come out. Because of that, I decided to write the sequal. Of course, it will be totally different than the first one but it will be fin to write it just the same. I have sent another book to the same publisher to see what they think about that one. It is totally different than anything I've ever written because it is full of adult content. It took a while longer to write that one that it did to write Cursed Blood and its a little longer. My husband wants me to write more books like that one but I don't know. We'll see, I guess.

Anyway, that's my update for now. I just wanted everyone to know what's going on here. It looks like things are going great and I'm excited about that!

Hello, I wanted to introduce myself to you. My name is Amber and I am an author. My first book is called Cursed Blood and it is now available through Amazon, B&N, BooksAmillion, and a few other online places. I am excited for this book and can't wait to meet people who have read it.

I am 30 years old and have been writing since I was 11. The first piece I ever wrote was never finished but it opened the doors to ideas of stories that were finished. The first rejection I ever got was from 17 Magazine. It was for a short story about a girl who had a haunted castle. Well, this story ended being the first chapter of a series that I began to write when I was 12. I am recently on book 4 and still looking for a publisher for the series. At that age, I didn't really look for publishers cause I had a family who didn't think I could ever do it plus I was going to school and I didn't know how to look for a publisher. The past couple years, I've been looking over time. Low money so I had to be picky. That story is being read at this very moment so I got my fingers crossed.

Other things about me. I am married, since 1995. I have three children with my husband. Faythe, David, and Ruth-Anne and my hubby is Jack. He has been more than supportive over my writing. My children think its cool that I wrote a book even though they really don't understand what that means to write a book. They are still young. I am the middle child. I have 2 sisters who I have nothing in common with.

If I left anything out, just ask. My life is an open book and someday will really be a book.
