The samw way as anywhere else. Click the insert image button and then put in the adress to wherever the image is stored online.

Yep. But we don't wish to see pictures posted up everywhere. It's distracting when there's too much.
There are a couple of threads designated for pics, though, in the Writers' Cafe.
