Game Script Writer Wanted

Hello, I am looking for writer to create an original game script, or original story to be converted into a script.

The game engine is being retooled to be a first person role playing game.

Now to the point : i'm looking for an action filled story taking placed in modern times, in the science fiction category.

Full creative control is allowed and this is a paid job.

Pay is based on length, and can be negotiated.

I am interested in applying for this job. I have plenty of experience in creative writing, mainly in the science-fiction genre, and feel I would be able to complete this task well.

The structure of the game has actually changed quite a bit since I posted this ad a year ago, my partner quit leaving neither of us usable code, and as such the game with thru a redesign and is now looking to be a turn based game. And thus the story doesn't need to be as action packed as before, but only due to the need to include "dungeons" and "boss barked, in what ever form they take. As the engine is being coded the world is free for the writer to form and create, as they see fit. My only solid demand is that the writer be able to include a good dose of humor into the game.

Additionally as my partner did quit, my funds are now dwindled in half, and thus the compensation will unfortunatly have to be a percentage of the games profits. If anyone is still interested please feel free to pm me.

Currently only my poetry and some Sims 3 fan fiction I'm in the middle of writing are posted. The site is still quite new but content is being added frequently. My writing tends to lean to the "dark side" kind of stuff and I'm quite interested in steam punk asthetics. If your job is still open I'd be happy to speak with you regarding working with you.
