Hi certainly,

I see you are just as new as me, in fact, even fresher!
If you ever want to discuss literature or writing, let me know... I am definitely looking for fresh blood!

Welcome. Pardon me while I chomp you, as you have fewer than 250 posts.

He smiled at the touch of Devon's hand and knew the red started to show in his cheeks and very much appreciated the compliment. And the chomp.

Thanks Devon. You're welcome is very warm.

And here I thought you'd be freaked out by a Golden Retriever running her hands through your hair. Or just having hands for that matter.

I certainly am...

I've done the hair thing for a while as well... I tend to pick things like that up from books and I think I got that one from Robert Jordan's Wheel of Time. His characters are always touching their hair. He calls it "scrubbing" their hands through their hair...

Anyway. Nice to have you around, hope you enjoy it here

The man rests his hand on his face, covering his tired eyes. He's been up for 29 hours, and one plus one is starting not to equal two. He looks at Devon

My mind is scrabbled on one side Devon. But I like the paw in my hair anyway. Now, I wonder if you could reach the top of my head upon standing. I'm quite tall.
Oh goodness. I wasn't thinking well.

-Drama King of Denmark
Hi. I've been trying to stop hand-combing my hair for a while. Fail. I touch my hair more than my girlfriend and that's not right. I do hope I enjoy it here, and thank you, I'm glad to be here.

Hello Certainly...

You're among good folks here

But be prepared for your intro thread to be taken over on tangent conversations and (written) verbal sparring.

Pulls at the hair near his neck. Then stops abruptly.I'm not prepared for that at all, my anxiety just shot up a good height.

If you ban Denmark from your thread you can avoid the verbal sparring as he is the normal perpetrator.

I'm sure. But unless you want me to start thinking up unfavourable comparisons between you and lorry drivers...

No, I'm not going to think up inappropriate situations involving you and lorry drivers. I'm far too young to be mentally scarred.

You have actually made me laugh out loud and now everyone is staring at me. As I chortle and blush at the same time - bad Denmark!

No, there are four empty cans of redbull on my desk and I go home in 40 minutes! Where I will partake of a coffee and if amused suddenly again that may splutter from a facial orifice

I reckon it's more amusing if a drink spurts out of your nose that you never drunk...

Yes but unless you're throwing up... and suffering a tiny bit from emetophobia I don't really want to get into that conversation.

BTW Certainly is going to pull his hair out not run his hand through it when he see's what we've done to his thread!

Mwah ha ha ha

But of course I'll give you, my dear fellow, an even warmer welcome.

How much heat can you take?

(Indeed, my dear sir - I'm a very 'lame' kind of person, as they call it these days)
