Default Introduction time, huh?

Hello everyone, I am obviously new here. I've never joined a writing community before, even though I've been actually writing for a while now. I mostly do fantasy and historical fiction nowadays, and I would love to be able to get some critique outside of my circle of friends, so here I am! Nice to meet you guys!

Hi Derange,

New here too so thought I'd say hi. I have never joined a writing community either but it looks like great fun. Look forward to seeing some of your work.

All the best,

Nigel

Hmph. but damaging emoticons is good (when done for fun and profit) and your name is making me want to say YELLOW LORRY loudly. So I did

That's okay Dernak - I keep wanting to read your name as Denmark - so I will!

Something is rotten in the state of Denmark... Actually, the name came from a character a few years back... I stopped the story with him in and didn't use the name again because it sounds to much like Durnik the smith from David Eddings, but kept the name for accounts like this

I thought it sounded more Klingon actually...(oh no - an admission of being a Star Trek geek)
Mine is a play on my own name and a reference to my love of all things...red (red car - oooh pretty)

Not as interesting as your origins

So first you're getting your name changed to 'King'
...and now you are being quoted in other people's signature's.

I hope you are outside or I fear your head may swell to such epic proportions that you will become trapped in whatever building you are in unable to leave through any normal doorway!
