Remember -- the first step is admitting you have a problem.

Sad to say -- but I think the days of the fairly serious writing site are over...
How about we organise some day trips? Fresh air and a change of scene.

We could pick a site, synchronise joining it en masse, and then descend on it for twenty four hours like a bunch of marauding Vikings. Flood it with rhymes, commentary, crit, post new ridiculous threads, cause some arguments....

We could make it competitive - the first three to get banned are the winners.

Just amuses me to think of some backwater site suddenly being inundated with a bunch of hooligan newbies who arrive and leave like a whirlwind.

Think of it as a team building exercise or a learning based project....

I was suggesting that we forget this site has a sizeable and sustained hit count. Would that not be a more important factor to site owners than how many contributing members we have?
I assumed Grace was offering me an apologiy for stating the obvious; that this is crap and needs to be fixed. If not she was so stupid as to be beyond help.

Ok, I have perhaps said better remarks than that
