Default Blondes

Blondes

I adore blondes. They are the sweetest women I know. They know how to treat men better than all other women. Brunettes, red heads, and dames who dye their hair every color of the rainbow cannot compete with the loving blondes give men. Blondes are the perfect women for men.
I think brunettes are selfish; red heads are gold-diggers; and the dyed-heads are snobbish. I know that my statements may lead to some women grabbing arms to track me down, but I’ll let you be the judge. Let me furnish some ammunition for my argument that any man fooling around with a woman other than a blonde is foolish.
Of course, some brunettes can make men happy, but I’m afraid all the cheap perfume they wear will always be a handicap to men, especially men with allergies. (Can you really imagine a man walking down the street with a brunette on his arm and with a clothes pin on his nose to avoid smelling her cheap perfume?)
And a case may be made that red heads are caring individuals, but who do they really care about—why themselves naturally. Every man knows that redheads are infatuated with rubies, pearls, and diamonds. Why a red head would zip through a man’s life savings in no time at all. With all the money they spend, a redhead is certain to send her man packing for the poor house.
What about those dames who dye their hair flamboyant colors to attract unnecessary attention: do they fare any better than brunettes or redheads? By all means, no. These chicks belong in the same category as the brunettes and redheads; they are lame too. Imagine how long a man would wait for one of these broads if he were taking her to dinner? Too long!
But the biggest reason I admire blondes is that they let their men lounge around the house on Saturday mornings to play on the computer or to watch television. Blondes wouldn’t rush their men (the way others do) out of bed to drive them downtown so that they could have their hair or nails done before the sun rises. No sir, blondes score an A+ on mellowness.
Blondes get high marks on the types of dogs they own too. Blondes have manly dogs, dogs such as Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, and Doberman Pinchers. You would never catch a blonde walking down the boulevard with a sissy-looking poodle at the end of the leash. No, not blondes, these dames have a lot in common with lumberjacks; they make great beer-drinking buddies.
Therefore, my friend, the next time you travel to the mall seeking to snatch some cute babe, I recommend you set your sights on a blonde—forget about the brunettes and red heads and rainbow heads—if you are looking for some really good loving.

Didn't really see a story here. Kind of misplaced in the fiction section.

I know a brunette with a heart of gold who puts every blonde I've ever met to utter shame.

BUT: This entertained me for what it was. Well done, Shelly. You had me smiling.

I thought this was amusing, like another member said, it was good for what it was, and I did think it succeeded in entertaining me. Fun read.
