Are you set with the content of the project? Nothing worse than wasting money on line-editing when the plot lines are shaky, elements are inconsistent or unrealistic (or doesn't work within the world itself), or the characters need more fleshing out. Might want to see about a content editor to make sure everything firm enough to move on to line editing.

Or are you looking for a content editor in the first place?
